Initial Cleans 

Every new customer will have an initial home cleaning for our first visit. Initial home cleanings include all the cleaning services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following:

  • Dust wall hangings and pictures
  • Remove and clean items on shelving
  • Dust baseboards
  • Clean door facings
  • Clean window sills
  • Clean windows (insides only)
  • Dust light fixtures
  • Clean outsides of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms
  • Clean ceiling fans
  • Dust vents
  • Vacuum/sweep under beds and furniture (if accessible)


Maintenance Cleans

(Basic cleans/ Up-Keep Cleans)

Whole House 
  • Dust
  • Vacuum all carpets
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces (not windows)
  • Dust blinds
  • Wipe windowsills 
  • Wipe and disinfect surfaces
  • Sweep and mop floors
* Linen change available as an added service

In The Bathrooms

  • Clean/sanitize sinks
  • Clean/sanitize tubs, shower, toilet
  • Clean mirrors
  • Dust light fixtures
  • Empty trash can and reline with scented trash bag
  • Sweep and mop floor
In The Kitchen
  • Clean and disinfect all counter tops
  • Clean inside/outside microwave
  • Wipe down & rinse out coffee pots
  • Shake out and wipe down toaster
  • Wipe down cabinet facings
  • Wipe and sanitize all appliances outside
  • Polish stainless steel appliances
  • Clean and sanitize sinks
  • Sweep and mop floors


Deep Cleans

Sometimes our needs need a little extra TLC

Recommended 2-3 times a year on top of maintenance  cleans

We offer one time house cleaning service for those days when your schedule is too full to fit in house cleaning needs or for special occasions.
