We work from a schedule and recommend the same time and weekday for your cleaning to create consistency and convenience for us both.
We will create a cleaning plan and time that is convenient and consistent.
Alarm Systems & House Keys & Home condition
It is not necessary to be at home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. If given a house key they will be stored in a safe with a key tag with your information for us to keep and use to enter your home for our cleaning. House floors, counters, sinks etc including but not limited to needs to be decluttered prior to arrival to ensure cleaning can be completed
Life happens. At one point or another -- for whatever reason sometimes you might need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. If cancellation by client occurs within a 24 hour window of already scheduled clean; client is subject to* non refundable cancellation fee of 50% of your clean cost discussed during quote. If client reschedules in 24 hours window rescheduling fee is 50% of clean due immediately at time of rescheduling but amount paid will go towards clean, client understands this puts them on the “next available” and we will do everything we can to accommodate the rescheduling. If client reschedules more than 3 times consecutively and then cancels, client understands they could be denied any further service requests by MyrMaids.
If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, pneumonia, chicken pox etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we disinfect your house, it is possible that I might transport germs to the next house or become sick ourselves.
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return and re-clean whatever is in question at no additional charge.
Just let us know your concerns within one business day after the cleaning.
We will work to correct it by returning at the earliest possible moment without a bit of hassle.
